I’m traveling for work over the next few days. I’m staying at The Ace Hotel in NY, where I’ve stayed before when I’ve come here for work. It’s ridiculously hip, as is The Ace in Palm Springs where I’ve also stayed. I can only imagine that it’s the same case in Seattle and Portland.

In any order. I tried to get the burpees out of the way first, mixing them with the sit-ups. I ended up completing all in 20:19. I think for next time I’d do 10-10-10-10 10X.

Troubles with Tyler
So he’s sort of disgusting. His breath smells horrendous, and he hasn’t had a bath in a month to boot. I bought some spray for his water that’s supposed to help, as well as a bully stick. Allegedly bully stick = good for plaque removal, which leads to better breath.

Nostalgia & Soap
Method makes a green tea handsoap, which we have in the ladies room at work.
It smells exactly like the green tea perfume I wore in high school, made my L’Occitane.
