Is it normal to wear the same bra for weeks? →
I used to have this discussion with my lovely college roommate. She changed her clothes — all her clothes — every day. I, on the other hand, can wear the same pair of pants for days at a time. Ditto for bra. Most of the rest gets changed regularly.

I started reading this blog, Healthy Tipping Point. Reading this blog is sort of like reading Julia Allison’s blog. As much as I know it probably isn’t the best thing for my head, I still for some reason continue to read.
Healthy Tipping Point covers the snacks, run and dog hang-outs of a really nice seeming 25 year old in Florida. She’s super in to being healthy. And running....

Tonight I’m staying in and reading Made to Stick, the first choice of the brand-new entreprenurial tech-savvy lady book club I’m in. It doesn’t hurt that this also happens to be a favorite of the entreprenurial tech-savvy lady CEO of Ning. And that she had a spare copy I could snag.

I’ve gone running three times this week. And I’m actually enjoying it!
