We Love Pizza in My Family

My dad is always working on improving his pizza making technique. He’s got a pretty good one these days — as well as a marble slab that fits in our oven perfectly — but I figured there’s always room for improvement. I sent him this website, which includes a video of Anthony Mangieri, the pizzaeola from Una Pizza Napoletana making one of his trademark pies. This is what my dad wrote back:

1. use lots of flour
2. use even more flour
3. forget throwing it
4. don’t baby it
5. put the basil on top of the pizza and then bake it
