Join executive chef, and offal expert, Chris Cosentino for a five-course feast starring duck from beak to tail. Held in the restaurant’s mural-filled Dante Room, dishes on Cosentino’s menu include duck fritto with snail salad, duck neck sausage with duckfat aïoli, braised duck with corn gnocchi and foie gras and duck breast with blueberries. Divine wines have been carefully selected from the extensive Italian wine list, and should any water fowl related questions arise, Jim Reichardt of Liberty Ducks will be on hand and happy to answer.
