A new Sunday ritual is making some sort of yeasty baked product. For the past two weeks Dan has made rustic white bread. Yesterday I made pizza dough. I was really nervous it wouldn’t be good, but it turned out really well! Delicious toppings helped: mozzarella, goat cheese, caramelized shallots, sage and butternut squash. Perfect for a rainy Sunday.
