I was intent on making a recipe from Ad Hoc at Home, and I decided on a “simple” salad: Curried cauliflower and garbanzo bean salad.
Like every recipe in this cookbook, it required four sub recipes to make it:
picked red onions
wine soaked raisins
curry vinaigrette
fried parsley
End results was delicious. Though next time, I know where I can cut corners to save a little time.
