I know it’s lame
… but I was just thinking about how much I heart my mom. I think we didn’t always have the closest relationship, but recently I’ve been really working on it… and leaning on her. One of the things I realized is there is no downside to being close with Ms. Elaine Sulzberger (“A gay icon!” as Jason would say).
I’m excited to see her in a week.
