So it turns out, the whole working out a lot and eating healthier thing actually does lead to weightloss. Who would have thunk it?

I’ve been doing a three-day-a-week boot camp at my gym. And then also training for this half marathon, which entails longer runs on the weekends and then an assortment of speed work and low key maintenance runs during the week.

For the first time in my life, I’m working out six days a week. I weighed myself yesterday and I’ve lost four lbs.

ALL OF THIS WORK AND SWEAT AND LAUNDRY FOR FOUR POUNDS???

I guess that’s good, all in all. It’s about a pound a week, from when I started the mega-workout effort. And it’s good to know I can do it, if I really invest myself and make it a priority.

I’m just tired of doing laundry all the time.

<end rant about girly things and personal things and things I usually don’t write about>
